How the calculator works
For each player, it subtracts what they put in from what they cashed out. Whoever is up gets paid, whoever is down pays.
Then it matches whoever owes the most with whoever is owed the most. That way the table settles with at most one transfer fewer than the number of players, instead of one for every pair.
What if the numbers don't match?
If what came out doesn't match what went in, someone miscounted chips or a rebuy wasn't written down. The calculator shows the difference first. If it stays, the extra goes to the host, and the host covers any shortfall.
