1. Who we are

PokerCrew is a poker home game management service. For any privacy questions, contact us: contato@pokercrew.app.

2. Data we collect

Organizers: name, email, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text), phone and PIX key (optional), profile photo (optional).
Players with an account: name, email and password (stored encrypted).
Session data: player names, buy-in amounts, rebuys, chips and financial results of the games.
Technical data: access logs and a session identifier to keep you securely signed in.

3. How we use the data

Provide and operate the session management service.
Authenticate users and protect accounts.
Show session history and financial reports.
Send service-related communications (no marketing spam).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following infrastructure providers:

Supabase, PostgreSQL database and file storage.
Railway, API hosting.
Vercel, frontend hosting.
Sentry, error monitoring. When something fails in the app, we receive the technical crash report (error message, the screen where it happened, browser and your account identifier) so we can fix it. We do not send financial amounts, player names, or the content of your sessions.

All providers follow appropriate security standards and process data under their own policies.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you request account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Session data may be kept in anonymized form for statistical purposes.

6. Security

We use HTTPS on all communications, passwords stored with bcrypt, JWT tokens with expiration, and IP-restricted database access. No system is 100% secure, in case of an incident, we will notify affected users.

7. Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Correct incorrect or outdated data.
Request deletion of your data.
Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use localStorage to store authentication tokens on your device. We do not use tracking, advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies. The only transmission to third parties is the technical crash report described in item 4, which occurs only when something breaks.

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date is always shown at the top of this page.
