Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PokerCrew, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

PokerCrew is a poker home game management platform that lets organizers track buy-ins, rebuys, rake and session settlement. Players can join via QR code and follow their results.

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors.

3. Eligibility

To create an organizer account, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you declare that you meet this requirement.

4. Permitted use

PokerCrew is intended solely for managing poker games among friends (home games). The following is prohibited:

• Using the service for illegal gambling or unauthorized casino operation.
• Sharing account access with third parties in an unauthorized way.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping or unauthorized automated use of the platform.
• Using the service for money laundering or any illicit activity.

5. User responsibility

The organizer is entirely responsible for the sessions they manage, for the amounts involved, and for compliance with local laws applicable to gaming. PokerCrew is a financial tracking tool, it does not validate the legality of the activities recorded.

You are responsible for the security of your access credentials. In case of unauthorized account use, notify us immediately at contato@pokercrew.app.

6. Plans and payments

PokerCrew offers a free trial of 1 table, with no expiry date and no credit card required. Only tables with three or more players count towards it: opening a table to try the app out, alone or with one other person, does not use up the trial. The limit counts the total number of tables like that, not a number per period. Once the trial ends, your history remains accessible; what requires a subscription is creating new tables.

PokerCrew Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The current price is shown on the subscription screen and in the store before you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through the app are billed and cancelled by the store where the purchase was made. Subscriptions purchased through the website are billed by the payment processor indicated at the time of purchase and can be cancelled on the Plan screen.

Renewal is automatic until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund.

Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

Price changes will be communicated before they take effect, and you may cancel beforehand.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We perform maintenance that may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from unavailability.

8. Intellectual property

The code, design, brand and content of PokerCrew are the exclusive property of the developer. The data you enter (player names, session results) belongs to you.

9. Limitation of liability

PokerCrew is a record-keeping tool provided "as is". The user is solely responsible for the amounts, calculations and information they enter. PokerCrew is not liable for financial losses, typing or counting errors, discrepancies in results, disputes between players, or misuse of session information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PokerCrew shall have no liability for any damages arising from use of the service.

10. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. PokerCrew may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The last-updated date is always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of São Paulo, SP are elected to settle any disputes.
